Greenland is the world's largest island country by area and about 81% of its area is covered with ice. A self-governing Danish province, Greenland is located between the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans.
Fishing is the main source of income for this country and jobs in Greenland are available in fish processing plants. Reindeer are herded and sheep breeding is a common activity in the southern parts of the country. The mining sector is well developed since minerals like gold, niobium, tantalite, uranium, iron; diamonds, cryolite, zinc, and lead are found in abundance.
