In order to qualify for the post of HR Manager in a top organization one needs to have MBA, MHRM, MS or a specially certified degree or diploma in Human Resource Management. A compensation manager is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing the varied employee compensation packages for the all classes of employees in the organization.
On the other hand HR Administrative Manager is responsible for daily office administration and providing analysis, guidance, and supervision of all administrative personnel while at the same time they are supposed to ensure that all the departments of the organization should ensure compliance and project support service in a proper manner.
