It opens new sets of opportunities, which every manager seeks at some point of his career and therefore decides to make a switch.  This practice is responsible for the fact that 98% of the senior management comprises of homegrown managers who are promoted to the higher ranks from within the organization and even the top positions such as VP are not advertised for external people. These career opportunities along with empowerment that the company provides, makes it the 10th best place to work in India.
