Job Description
1. Check inventory, ensure that the equipment and other articles are kept in proper place in working condition and report to shift in charge.
2. Take over the assigned patient with file ensuring that the orders are carried out, documentation is complete, patient and the unit is neat and clean.
3. Administer medication on time by paying attention to all 5 rights of drug administration. Ensure that patient takes medicine in your presence.
