Job Description
To perform required analysis on all property types utilizing financial statements, rent rolls and lease agreements in order to provide deal analysis support for the Mortgage Banking network in US.
ACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties may include but are not limited to):
 Provide support services to Mortgage Bankers in US
 Update information available in accordance with the instructions provided by the Mortgage Banker
 Review and input financial statements (e.g. income statements) for all the property types (such as hotels, apartments, retail and office, office buildings, etc.) into the appropriate templates.
