1. Installation/Configuration & Troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
2. Basic Troubleshooting of Microsoft OS like MS Windows 7, Vista, XP and 2003 (Professional & Server Versions), as well as Multiple OS like Linux, UNIX.
3. Installation of Patches, Service Packs, Security Fixes for Operating Systems
4. Configuration/Troubleshooting of Certificate clients like PKI (Crypto) and other Security Tools like Radius
5. VPN Client installation/Configuration & Troubleshooting
