Job Description 
This would entail L1 & L2 inbound helpdesk support for Galileo and Worldspan (GDS). The calls/queries/escalations shall be related to Fares, Ticketing, Reservations, Airline Support and Tech Support etc. The goal is to meet the Service Level Agreements as agreed with the client.
-Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for all Galileo and /or Worldspan related calls for Fares, Ticketing, Reservations, Airline support and Tech support.
-Escalate the calls to Level 3 helpdesk as per SOPs.
