Job Description
•Manage project schedules and guide Project Manager to allocate adequate resources to match milestones
•Record cash flow; monitor cost/ budgets of projects; analyze the variance
•Take active part in contract review to ensure all aspects, critical areas and risks are captured accurately
•Prepare detailed resource plan (internal – for Project function as well as for support functions, external - for design (if required) and other services).
