With the passage of time India has become the favorite business destination and this has helped in creation of many hot jobs. Different fields are being explored and young people are making they are finally making their foray in unconventional areas. Statistics indicates that the overall job scenario in the country has seen a marginal improvement over the last one year inspite the global effect of recession. If we talk city wise then special mention needs to be made of improvement in the job scenario in the cities of Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Pune. While if we take a note of the development in the varied industries gradual improvement have been noticed in fields of IT, BPO, Banking and Hospitality. Economists also point out to the fact that maximum growth in new hot jobs have been mostly confined in niche sectors particularly related to legal and government defence areas.
Other sectors such as ITeS saw an un precendented rise in new jobs by 18 percents as with the passage of time the entire outsourcing business in India has become more diversified. Its seen that now the dependence on the American companies has declined to a great extent with the emergence of Indian companies exploring new employment opportunities in Europe and Asia as a result now job vacancies have beeen created in this field. One of the prominent features of the outsourcing business in India lies in the fact that the cost of business operations in India is quite less, also the presence of highly skilled and well versed English speaking people contributes to its growth over the years. With the gradual revival of economy head-hunters are now getting fresh assignments from their clients to fill varied job positions.
