Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, General Motors, Renault, etc are delivering Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (MHCV) in Indian market. Some Indian manufacturers such as Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Swaraz Mazda, etc have entered global market with their MHCVs.
During financial year 2005-06, sales of MHCVs in Indian market showed a growth of 4.50% with an increase of 4.62% in exports by Indian MHCV manufacturers.
