Recruitment and Training

Mahindra & Mahindra aims at hiring professionals, be it engineers or management graduates. It looks for innovative and highly dedicated human resource.

The company recruits Fresh Engineers from reputed engineering institute/universities on the basis of merit, analytical ability, team ability and interpersonal skills. The candidates need to go through an interview with the management of the organization.

MBAs are also recruited from reputed B-schools. They are recruited as management trainees for the period of one year. They are provided with formal training pertaining to their specialization. At the end of the year, they are appraised on the basis of their performance and are confirmed. Also, Mahindra & Mahindra undertakes Summer Training for the management students of B schools, to provide the potential employees an understanding of its work culture.

Trainees are given challenging projects to work upon.

It undertakes the welfare and professional development of employees. Workshops and other training and development programs are undertaken from time to time. The company has its own training and development department. Bodhi Vriksha, Mahindra's management development center, focuses on business values and leadership skills.
