Employment Opportunities:
Air India recruits for the vacancies of pilots, maintenance engineers and cabin crew. It
entertains applications only in response to recruitment notices issued in newspapers and on its website. The qualifications required for joining Air India are given below:

Qualifications for Cabin Crew:
Graduate from a recognized University or HSC with 3 years diploma in Hotel Management & Catering from institutes affiliated to National Council of Hotel Management.

Selection Procedure:
Applicants are required to appear for an objective type written test with multiple choices of answers. The question paper is bilingual (in Hindi and English). Those who qualify in the written test are required to appear for a Group Discussion. Successful candidates are then called for Personal Interview(s). Candidates are also required to undergo a medical examination.

Qualifications for Trainee Pilot:
Minimum education of H.S.C. (10+2) or equivalent is required. Graduates in Engineering or B.Sc. (Maths and Physics) / B.Sc. (Aviation) are given due weightage. Indian Citizens holding FAA/CAA/Australian or equivalent ICAO license may also apply.
