On 29th March Ranbaxy launched Osovair, asthma inhalation capsule,
which is a combination of long acting ß2 agonist Formoterol and the new inhaled corticosteroid Ciclesonide drugs.
Osovair is available in Rheocaps as Osovair 160 mcg and Osovair 320 mcg and can only be used with Ranbaxy's Rheohaler, a capsule-based multidose dry-powder inhaler.
