Technical manager: The post of technical manager is being offered at Delhi and Thane. The candidates need to have bachelor degrees in biochemical engineering and will be working in the Food Processing department.
The candidates should have at least 2-3 years experience of production related operations in process industries. It is also preferable they have marketing and sales related experience. They should have the following capabilities:
Technical troubleshooting in process industries
Technical sales
Calculating and mapping energy consumption in factories
Sales Executive: Advanced Enzyme is looking for sales executives at Bangalore and Thane. These professionals will be required to work in the Food Processing department and should at least have a bachelor’s degree. It is also desirable if they have sales experience of 2-3 years in chemicals and food related industries. They should have the following qualities:

Regional Manager: The candidates for regional managers will be working in Kolkata and Bangladesh. They will be operating in the textiles department and should be graduates in textile processing.
The candidates are required to have textile chemicals and enzymes sales experience of 5 years. They should also have prior experience in product performance demos and trials and network of setup dealers. It would be ideal if they have the following areas of competency:
Negotiation and presentation skills
Exposure to knit and garment processing
Cost benefit analysis
Area Manager: Advanced Enzymes is presently recruiting Area Managers for its Bangalore operations. The candidates need to work in the textiles department and should be graduates in textile processing.
The candidates should have prior experience of 5 years in trials and product demos or textile chemicals and enzymes sales. They should have value proposition and trouble shooting skills.
Business Development Executive: The business development executives will be handling Advanced Enzymes’ western Indian operations and working in the Sales & Marketing-API department. They should have graduated in pharmacy or any other science oriented degree.
It would be considered an advantage if candidates have 2 to 3 years experience of working in the chemicals or API domains. The applicants should be ready to travel and possess proper communication skills and good computer proficiency with thorough knowledge of MS Office, internet and Outlook.
R&D Manager: The R&D Managers of Advanced Enzymes Technologies will be working in the Formulation & Process Development segment of the Textiles department. They should be Post Graduates in Industrial/Cleaning Solution.
The candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in enzyme formulation and application that is related to industrial processing applicable for textile, detergent, leather, effluent and paper treatment.
