Recruitment Process: The screening and selection process of EXL Service is very rigorous and has 5 steps:

1.Introduction: Around 35% of applicants reach this round.
2.HR Round: Around 20% reach this stage.
3.Technical and Soft skills: 20% of total applicants clear the HR round and reach this stage.
4.Voice and accent training: 10% clear the skills round and reach at this stage.
5.Interview with Operations: 10% clear the VAT round and reach here.
6.Final: 5% of the total applicants reach the final round.
