Recruitment Process
Following steps are taken to recruit candidates:
1. Short listing- in this step, applicants CVs are short listed on the basis of the job description.
2. Preliminary Assessment- the short listed candidates in the first round then go through introductory round in which emphasis is given on the functional competencies of the candidate. For certain positions, the candidates are given case studies for analysis and presentations.
3. Final Interview- candidates who clear first round of interview go through final round of interview with functional heads.
4. Medical Evaluation-selected candidates are then asked to undergo medical test by Colgate.
