However, Nestle India attained its present day position after India’s independence, with the establishment of its first factory at Moga, Punjab in 1961. Nestle helped India, to develop its milk economy in Punjab, through modernized dairy farming practices and effortless financial assistance. Its second factory was established in Choladi, Tamil Nadu in 1967.
