A bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum GPA of 2.8
Nine months of related industry work experience
Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations
Positive references from two previous employers
This management training program is given in various fields such as accounting, food & beverages, human resources, catering, culinary, sales, engineering, etc.
