India is soon going to see the rise of KPOs, a glimpse of which has already been shown by the BPO sector. The BPO sector and the KPO sector are closely related to each other in terms of outsorcing of the processes. The major difference is in the work force employed and the type of processes being outsourced. In BPOs low level skills are required whereas in KPOs knowledge is the key point.
