Recruitment and Training
BSNL recruits people through an entrance examination. The company notifies well before the examination. All the details related to the exam are provided.
Training programs are held on a regular basis to impart in-depth knowledge of technological advancements. Lectures pertaining to attitudinal change are also delivered. BSNL has its own training centres- Advance Level Telecom Training Center (ALTTC) at Ghaziabad and Bharat Ratna Bhimrao Telecom Training Center at Jabalpur.
