Interview Preparation

Interview Tips:

Know what the employer is looking for: Before deciding to go for an interview it is desirable to know what the employer is looking for and up to what extend you are fulfilling their expectation. If your profile and experience does not fit for the job for which you are invited, avoid such interview.

Dress Code: Prefer formal dressing pattern of your region for an interview. There is no hard and fast rule about dress code, but your dress style should be one widely accepted as suitable for your job function.

Be on time: It is very important to be punctual at the interview venue. If you are an outstation candidate in the area, try to reach the city the previous day and stay in a radius of 5 kilometers or less. If possible visit the location once so that you are aware about the reach of the place. You can use a good city map or discuss with the staff of the hotel wherein you stay.
