At the entry level, a call centre executive can earns something around Rs.8000-12000 per month. Within a few years, when you take on the responsibility of a team leader, salary tends to be anywhere between Rs.12000-16000 per month including various incentives. The undergraduates have little to worry from their graduate counterparts, as their entry-level salary is at par with the newly joining graduate candidates.
