Revised Pay Structure from 1st January, 2006: Some of the highlights
a) Promotional pay or increase in pay scale under the revised pay structure will be equal to 3% of the total sum of pay. The resultant grade pay will round off to next multiple of 10 after calculation which in turn would be added to the present grade pay
b) The rate of Dearness Allowance or DA is something like this:
