Vacancy may increase or decrease. The numbers of vacant posts indicating above are provisional and subject to the change according to vacancies with any notice. The candidate should have complete tenure of three years of PG on or before the date of interview.

Eligibility: MBBS/MDS with PG degree in the concerned in the concerned specialty from a recognized university (as well as Specialty is recognized by MCI) and should be registered with Delhi Medical Council. If such candidates are not available in any specialty, those who are with out PG Qualification but having at least two years experience after MBBS out of which one year should be in the concerned specialty can be considered.

Eligibility for Dental Surgery: The candidates should be graduate with BDS degree, recognized by DCI and have three years MDS degree, recognized by DCI, other conditions are same as in the case other departments.

Eligibility for PMR: The candidate should be graduate with MBBS degree and should have Physical Medical & Rehabilitation (PMR) or DNB in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (DPMR), recognized by MCI/any State Council.

Age limit: Not exceeding 33 years on the date of registration (relaxable for 5 years of SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).

Conditions for Recruitment:

    Eligible candidates will present themselves for registration at 9:30 am to 10:30 am in Convocational Hall (near Director Office) on the first day

specified for the interview of a particular specialty along with the application duly field in the prescribed format as per Annexure-I will all relevant documents in original together with attested copies (by Gazzetted Officer) in the support of their candidature for the post. No application of candidate will be received after 10:30 am. Interview will start for 10: am onwards (only 20 candidates will be interviewed in a day. In case the numbers of candidates are more than 20, then the candidates registered after 20th number, the interview of those candidates will be held on the subsequent days as per date and time to be announced at the time of registration of which will be done only on the date advertised for the interview for a particular specialty). However, the number of candidates to be interviewed may be increased or decreased.
    Crucial date determination of eligibility with regards to age, educational qualification etc. will be the date of registration of the candidates appearing in the interview.
    Candidates must be registered with Delhi Medical Council/DCI (for Dental) before joining the post, if selected.
    The tenure of Senior Resident is for the 3 years including any service rendered as Senior Residents earlier on ad hoc/regular basis in any institution.

The appointment will be initially for period of one year which could be extended for a period of 3 years on the basis of work and conduct report received satisfactory from the concerned authority.
    Other service conditions will be applicable as per prescribed by the Govt. of India from time to time.
    The candidate who is already in Govt. Service should submit No Objection Certificate from the employer at the time interview.
    Inter-hospital/Inter-Institution transfer shall be permitted.
    Candidates must bring the following original certificates with attested (by Gazetted Officer) copies at the time of interview.
    a. Certificate in support of age (10th Certificate)
    b. Certificate in support of education qualifications.
    c. Experience certificate, if any.
    d. Medical registration certificates of DMC.
    e. Marksheet of BDS/MBBS Part I, II & final year.
    f. Under-graduate/Post-graduate attempt certificate.
    g. SC/ST/OBC candidates must bring community certificate in the prescribed format of Govt. of India.
    h. Physically Handicapped Certificate from a Competent Authority, where applicable.

    The candidates are advised to insure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and mentioned in the advertisement before coming for Walk-In-Interview.
    Eligible SC/ST candidates will be paid TA as per Rules.
