Position Summary:
Manage activities relating to IT Infrastructure that includes Wintel Support, DC Operations, IT Network and End User Support.
Continuously keep track of advancements in IT world and assess their relevance to the Mobile business context & strive towards enhanced efficiency through increase automation.
Customizing IT applications to align with business requirement
Capacity planning of IT infrastructure to meet business expansion.
Lead the team towards achieving business objectives.

Key Functions & Responsibilities
Monitors activities and ensures that team is working as per the business goals and objectives.
Responsible for improvement in throughput, tightening of network security, data security and access control of systems.
