- Infrastructure Jobs Boom Headed to Andhra Pradesh
HYDERABAD: It is expected that up to Rs 50,000 crore will be obtained within the next two years for infrastructure development in Andhra Pradesh. The state’s Infrastructure and Investment Minister said he is very confident that massive investments for ports, airports, natural gas, and other infrastructure projects are on its way. Andhra Pradesh is India’s fifth largest populated state and has the second longest coast line but in recent years the state has lacked needed funds for infrastructure development. But the lack of funding is now changing. Andhra Pradesh has two of the major ports of India at Visakhapatnam and Kakinada and three minor ports with plans for expansion. And the governement has plans for the construction of new airports in eight different cities within the state. So the development funds will be very needful. And with a development boom plenty of engineering and other construction related jobs will come. And these jobs are very near term. So keep an eye on job availablity postings on NaukriHub.com.
