A Quality & Compliance Coach is responsible for monitoring and evaluating calls through available call monitoring tools, creating performance reports to showcase the overall quality and productivity level of Account Managers. The Quality Coach is responsible to enhance the skills of the assigned AMs & drive compliance within the alloted workgroup. The QC is also required to conduct need based sessions (basis the observations around skills/compliance).
