The Hiring Procedure at Accenture

The hiring process in Accenture involves several steps. The procedure starts with online application, followed be 3 rounds of assessment tests. The first round includes a phone interview with the manager or a member of the recruitment team. The telephonic interview mainly focuses on communication skills, decision and presentation skills of the candidate. Questions on individual interests, extra curricular activities, competency and leadership abilities are generally asked. The interviewer also gives points on how the candidate deals with pressure or takes initiative in decision making. The next stage involves group assessment, which includes group exercise, one-to-one case study, innovation task, document review test, one-to-one interview. The third round involves assessment by the manager and analyst. The candidates may have to undergo further two rounds, held by the HR or manager of respective domain. The final rounds assess the candidate's technical knowledge and skills. The company also accepts final year students as interns. They can apply online in the period between September and January.
