An organization is managed and run by higher officials like MDs and CEOs. They play a very important role in shaping the future of the company. They are like the very spinal cord that determines the shape of growth and success of the organization. Because of such a decisive role played by the CEOs, the companies also duly recognize their work and compensate their effort with heavy remuneration.
